    Usually the same day. He reads what you wrote and sets the search up by hand, so "near the water but not on a busy road" actually gets used.

  2. Matches start arriving

    You get an email from the MLS each time something new fits, with photos, price and the full listing. Change or stop it any time by replying to Taylor.

  3. You tell us what you want to see

    Text Taylor about any listing. Before we tour homes together you'll sign a short written buyer agreement. Agents have been required to have one in place before touring since August 2024. We walk you through it first.
